Air Classifier

Air Classifier Operating principle: Classifier, together with cyclone separator, dedusting filter and radial fan, forms the wholesystem of classification and collection. Under the lashing force of radial fan, feed materials are brought with uprising air stream from feed inlet of classifier into the classifyingbody. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine materials are separated. Coarse materials lose speed after bumping against wall and fall to secondary draught.With strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materials are separated once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cavity to be classified continuously, while coarse materials fall down to discharging outlet and go into the collectors.
